INFORMATION FOR DATA SUBJECTS
The company MEKR´S s.r.o., VAT no: CZ25939904 with its registered office at Hvězdova 1716/2b, Nusle, 140 00 Prague 4, (hereinafter referred to as “MEKR´S”) processes personal data as part of its activities.
The processing of personal data is carried out by MEKR´S in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (hereinafter the “Regulation”) and other legislation governing the protection of personal data.
HOW IS THE PERSONAL DATA PROCESSED BY MEKR’S?
Personal data are at all times processed only to the extent necessary to fulfill the purpose for which they are processed. MEKR´S always requests data from the subject only those which are relevant to the purpose of the processing. MEKR´S observes the principle of processing only relevant personal data and the principle of processing personal data only to the extent necessary to fulfill the purpose if the personal data have not been obtained directly from the data subject. Personal data are processed with sufficient care to avoid inaccuracies. Personal data are processed only for the time necessary to fulfill the purpose for which they are processed. Special care is taken when processing personal data, to ensure their proper security. Their protection is ensured by adequate technical security in the form of physical security as well as in the form of information technology and adequate organizational measures.
No personal data is processed when browsing the MEKR´S website.
FOR WHAT PURPOSES ARE PERSONAL DATA USED?
Personal data are mostly processed by MEKR´S for the purposes of fulfilling the contract, and also for the purposes of fulfilling the legal obligation imposed on MEKR´S. The processing of personal data also takes place with the consent of the data subject. MEKR´S may also process personal data for the purposes of the legal interests of MEKR´S.
WHO IS THE PERSONAL DATA OBTAINED FROM?
Personal data are obtained mainly from the data subjects directly. To a lesser extent they are obtained from another entity such as a sales representative or business partner. Personal data are also obtained from public registers, such as the Business Register.
WHAT ARE THE DATA SUBJECT'S RIGHTS IN RELATION TO PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION?
In particular, the data subject has the following rights:
- the right to withdraw his consent at any time,
- the right to correct or fill in personal data,
- the right to request processing restrictions,
- the right to raise an objection or complaint,
- the right to request the transfer of data,
- the right to access the personal data,
- the right to be informed of breaches of personal data security in certain cases,
- the right of deletion of personal data (the right to be “forgotten”).
WHAT IS THE PERIOD OF STORAGE OF PERSONAL DATA?
Personal data are kept only for the time strictly necessary to fulfill the purpose for which they were processed. Individual archiving periods are governed by legal regulations and MEKR´S internal regulations (especially the Personal Data Protection Directive). Internal regulations may be submitted to the data subject for inspection at his / her written request at the premises of MEKR´S Regnerova 1101, 542 32 Úpice.
WHO CAN THE PERSONAL DATA BE SHARED WITH?
Recipients of personal data may be our external collaborators who have provided sufficient guarantees to ensure the protection of personal data.
CAN PERSONAL DATA BE TRANSFERRED INTO THIRD COUNTRIES?
There is no transfer of personal data into third countries or international organizations.
IS IT POSSIBLE TO OBTAIN A COPY OF THE PROCESSED PERSONAL DATA?
MEKR´S shall provide a copy of the processed personal data at the request of the data subject whose personal data have been processed. For further requested copies, MEKR´S may charge a reasonable fee to cover administrative costs. If the data subject submits the request in electronic form, the information shall also be provided in an electronic form, unless the data subject requests otherwise. The information shall be provided without any necessary delay and in any case within one calendar month of receipt of the request.
